If while withdrawing cash from Vakrangee Kendra ATM Sajuma and money is deducted from your account but not dispensed by ATM machine. Please wait 24 hours for the transaction auto refund process by ATM settelment team without any complaint register. Normally payment will get credited your account within 5 mintus to 24 hours. If the money still does not return to your account, please register complaint by your by fill in your details in the ATM Transaction Complaint form given below.

यदि आप वक्रांगी केंद्र ATM, सजुमा से कैश निकालते समय, आपके खाते से पैसे कट जाते हैं लेकिन ATM मशीन से बाहर नहीं निकलते हैं, तो कृपया ATM सेटलमेंट टीम द्वारा ट्रांज़ैक्शन के ऑटो-रिफंड प्रोसेस के लिए 24 घंटे इंतज़ार करें; इसके लिए आपको कोई शिकायत दर्ज करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। आम तौर पर, पैसे 5 मिनट से लेकर 24 घंटे के भीतर आपके खाते में वापस जमा हो जाते हैं। यदि इसके बाद भी पैसे आपके खाते में वापस नहीं आते हैं, तो कृपया नीचे दिए गए 'ATM ट्रांज़ैक्शन शिकायत फ़ॉर्म' में अपनी जानकारी भरकर शिकायत दर्ज करें।

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Effective April 1, 2026, the facility to register complaints in person will no longer be available. After April 1, 2026, only online complaints will be accepted.
